At Another Life NY, every handbag we offer is pre-loved and gently used, with its own unique character and history. To help you understand what to expect, we use a clear 3-tier condition scale: Outstanding, Great, and Good.
While all of our pieces have been carefully selected for their quality and appeal, please remember that they are vintage or pre-owned — natural signs of wear are to be expected. However, each bag is still full of life and ready to be loved again.
Every product listing includes a detailed condition description and close-up images so you can shop with confidence.
Condition Scale
| Condition | Description |
|---|---|
| Outstanding | No visible flaws in appearance. May show very light wear. Clean, well-preserved, and close to like-new. |
| Great | Gently used and well-maintained. May show minor signs of wear such as small stains, faint hardware tarnishing, or subtle fabric imperfections — but no major damage. |
| Good | Noticeable signs of use such as visible stains, worn fabric, or areas of repair. May include missing or replaced hardware, but still fully functional and stylish. |
