Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Another Life NY. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Domestic Shipping Only
We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders are shipped within the United States only.

Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped same day if placed before 1:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Liability
Once your package has been shipped, Another Life NY is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. We are not liable for any products that are damaged or lost during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing.
